Comfort Books

This week, I read Marilynne Robinson’s Home, a book I’ve read five or six times in the past few years. It was a comfort to me this week because I’ve been recovering from a busy end-of-the-semester, which included a 2-week trip to Nepal with students. Even the cover of the book seems calming to me, despite its emotional content.
